This course provides an overview of basic forensic techniques as applied to the business environment. Topics include social and psychological profiling, system design, case construction, team analysis, report development, chain of custody, law enforcement systems and cooperation, investigation techniques, and forensic teamwork. Students are familiarized with the criteria for forensic expertise such as Daubert and Kumho.
